Biodun Odewale is the Founder, Managing Director, and Creative Director of Cemex Portals Ltd, where he provides strategic leadership across construction, engineering, design, and project delivery operations. A Civil Engineer with over a decade of experience in the built environment, he founded the company in 2015 and has transformed it from a specialist finishing contractor into a fully integrated design-build firm delivering turnkey residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across Nigeria.

Under his leadership, Cemex Portals has earned a reputation for innovation, precision, quality craftsmanship, and client-focused delivery. As Creative Director, he champions a design philosophy that combines functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability, while overseeing business development, project execution, quality assurance, compliance, and team development.

Odewale holds an HND in Civil Engineering from The Polytechnic, Ibadan, is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Civil Engineers (MNICE), and has completed specialized training in smart-building technologies, leadership, and project delivery. He is also a strong advocate for professional excellence, collaboration, innovation, and improved industry standards within Nigeria’s construction sector.
