Engr. Lauck Richard Muyiwa is a highly experienced Civil and Structural Engineer with over 25 years of expertise in project management, construction supervision, structural engineering, and infrastructure development.

He joined Cemex Portals Ltd in May 2025 as Head of Projects, where he leads the planning, execution, and delivery of civil engineering and telecommunications infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, budget, and client requirements.

Throughout his career, he has successfully managed large-scale infrastructure and construction projects, including telecommunications site development, tower foundations, high-rise buildings, and deep foundation systems. Prior to joining Cemex Portals Ltd, he held senior project leadership positions at Exact Engineers & Builders, PrimewaterView Holdings Ltd, and CWG Ltd.

Engr. Lauck holds a Master’s Degree in Project Management from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons.) in Civil/Structural Engineering from the University of Ibadan. He is a registered engineer with COREN, a Corporate Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), and a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), USA.
